The hotel is located in the Embassy district of Vienna and is close to the belvedere castle. Both trams and underground (Renweg) offer easy access to the centre.

The superior rooms vary slightly in size but are generally medium and kept in very good condition. The bathrooms are in good condition. All rooms have similar furnishings and have just been recently renovated in reds and greens. Superior rooms also come with a complimentary fruit basket and are generally located on the upper floors.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is a mixture of old and new design with one modern part and a more traditional Austrian section.
